I use a simple story-mapping exercise with my clients to pull it out. You plot the timeline of your life, not just your career, but the whole story. The detours. The heartbreaks. The turning points. The risks.

➡️ Then we look for patterns, skills, themes, and truths that keep showing up.

And when you do that, something wild happens: You stop feeling lost. You start seeing a thread. You start to understand: Oh. This is who I am. This is what I’m building toward.
